Please carefully review our Shipping & Delivery Policy when purchasing our products. This policy will apply to any order you place with us.

WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING & DELIVERY OPTIONS?

We offer various shipping options. In some cases a third-party supplier may be managing our inventory and will be responsible for shipping your products.

Free Shipping

We offer free Standard Shipping shipping on all orders.

We utilize Less Than Truckload (LTL) shipments through Worldwide Express for larger items such as engines and transmissions. Standard delivery is used for most orders and ensures that your items are delivered in a timely manner. This option balances cost and speed, making it a popular choice for most customers. We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes. Please ensure a physical address is provided for delivery. Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track the progress of your shipment on the carrier’s website. All Used Auto Land cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package is lost or stolen, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. All Used Auto Land ships only within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time

DO YOU DELIVER INTERNATIONALLY?

We do not offer international shipping.

ARE THERE OTHER SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS?

Returnable items must be in unused, original condition and returned within 7 calendar days from the date of receipt, unless otherwise specified at the time of purchase.

We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes. Please ensure a physical address is provided for delivery.

Additional Documents (ID Proof & Card Copy) will be required for 2 different billing and shipping addresses.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS DELAYED?

If delivery is delayed for any reason we will let you know as soon as possible and will advise you of a revised estimated date for delivery.
